To understand how the ExOlin® device helps the diabetic patients to better regulate their glycemia, Defymed created this video to explain it!
The video explains how the implantable medical device strengthen the distribution of the insulin administrated by external pump. The stabilization of the glycemia can be improved and in this way also the quality of life of the diabetic patients. The risks of chronic complications can as well be reduced.
The first clinical tests for ExOlin® will begin end 2020. The ExOlin® device will be an important progress for the treatment of Type 1 diabetic patients.
